Our colleague, Hi Nguyen from U Ottawa is presenting a 1-hour presentation on the main learning points that he and his team acquired during the 4-week Freedom Convoy protest on Parliament Hill. This will be an interactive presentation where Hi will share my experience in managing this crisis and will be open to any questions, feedback and suggestions.
