In terms of my personal well being, I am an avid runner, enjoy the intensity of Tabatas, and love walking my dog Chepe. I stay grounded and centred through yoga and meditation, experiencing the benefits of breathwork and mindfulness. In 2017, I founded Unum, a non-profit focused on increasing educational opportunities for individuals and communities seeking support.
