I am a wellness advocate and certified executive/personal coach focused on helping individuals, teams, and organizations develop healthy, sustainable habits through self-discovery and a more holistic approach to overall well-being. My programs develop simple, tangible, and authentic habits that are healthy, effective and sustainable.
Working with individuals and organizations, I provide coaching, consulting, and training services focused on personal growth and development. I believe that creating and sustaining a healthy workplace culture is the cornerstone of any successful team, organization, or company.
I have spent over 20 years of my life working to improve the world around me. My inspiration lies in fostering strong communities while empowering others to experience the power of community and contribution firsthand. Committed to living out my inspirational programs, I use my passion for health and wellness to inspire others to make lasting change.
In terms of my personal well being, I am an avid runner, enjoy the intensity of Tabatas, and love walking my dog Chepe. I stay grounded and centred through yoga and meditation, experiencing the benefits of breathwork and mindfulness. In 2017, I founded Unum, a non-profit focused on increasing educational opportunities for individuals and communities seeking support. I continue to make contributions to my community as a volunteer with Achilles Ottawa, as a guide runner for blind and visually impaired athletes.
