Queen's Campus Security and Emergency Services is in the process of replacing our inhouse, IT managed database. We are looking for a solution that will allow us to document incidents, assign them to individuals for follow-up/case management, escalate incidents, and easily obtain stats.
I am interested to hear what other institutions are using and if you are happy with it. If you know what the startup and your average annual costs are associated with your solution is, that would be great too.

Brock University also uses Perspective by Resolver, SOC version. We have been using it since 2014 when it was under the company PPM. There are a few different versions/levels and pricing. Hosting on site vs the cloud. Support has been awesome with Resolver. We are very happy with it. There is a annual service agreement which is reasonable. A fair amount of work on the front end in identifying the drop down menus in the program is needed depending on how granular you want to drill down, but worth it in the long run (in my opinion).
